An Important Letter From Silver Oak Advisory Group

November 26, 2008

Dear Clients and Friends of the Firm:

We just contacted you recently, and we want to continue to stay in touch because these are unsettling times. It would not be unusual if you are feeling nervous and even scared, if you have been listening to the news lately. The truth is, no one knows how long it is going to take to fix this economy, but we do know we will get through this crisis. Remember that we're all in this together, and that all financial panics are temporary.

We will each continue to do everything we can to preserve, protect and grow your money.

Keep in mind that the worst economic occurrence of all time was the Great Depression, from which America recovered and eventually flourished. This country has been through eleven recessions since 1945 and has recovered from every one. And a stock market recovery usually precedes the economic recovery. It may feel like the middle of winter, but we can be confident that spring always comes.

Be comforted by the fact that you have a well diversified portfolio and grateful that you do not need to sell any of your stock funds to pay your bills. Remember also that the value of your stock funds will not go to zero: you own shares of thousands of companies, and they will not all go out of business at the same time.

Please know that each of us cares deeply about your finances and about you personally. We'll continue to communicate with you. And we are always open to suggestions and available for questions; don't hesitate to call.
